How long does order processing take?
Order processing usually takes one to five business days. After the parcel leaves the warehouse, delivery may take two to eight business days. Busy times can cause slight delays, especially during major events or sales. An email will be sent once the order is dispatched.
When will I receive my tracking details?
A dispatch email will be sent when the parcel leaves the warehouse. This message includes tracking information from the delivery partner. Customers can use this information to track the shipment. Updates usually appear after the courier scans the parcel.
Are weekend orders dispatched straight away?

What happens if nobody is home during delivery?

Can an order be cancelled before shipment?

What is the returns policy?
