What should I do if my order hasn’t arrived?
Check your order status via your online Account. A dispatch email with tracking is sent once your order leaves the warehouse. If the order is late, use the Get in Touch options for help from 8am to 6pm. Any messages sent outside of these hours will be answered as soon as possible.
Which delivery options are available?
You can choose Next Day Click & Collect or Home Delivery for a fee, depending on availability. If you order before 8pm Sunday to Friday, it will arrive the next day. Standard Home Delivery usually takes 3-5 days. Orders over £49.99 qualify for free delivery.
When will my order be delivered?
To get Next Day delivery, place your order before 8pm Sunday to Friday. Orders placed later may take longer to arrive. Standard Home Delivery and Click & Collect usually take 3-5 days.
What happens if I miss my delivery?
If you’re not home for delivery, you can use inflight options to update your preferences. Just use the Tracking or Carrier app to arrange another delivery attempt.
What if an item is missing from my order?
Check your Account, as some items might arrive in separate parcels. Each delivery comes with tracking details. If something is missing, they will refund you to your original payment method.
How can I track my delivery?
You can track your order in your Account, through dispatch emails, Click & Collect notifications, or SMS updates. The Evri Mobile App is also available to check your delivery progress.
What is the returns policy?
You can return online items within 28 days for a refund. In-store returns are also accepted within 28 days if you have a receipt. Some items, like pierced earrings and cosmetics, can’t be returned for hygiene reasons.
Can I return an unwanted product?
If you don’t want an item, you can return it as long as it meets their returns policy. Please check the requirements before sending it back.
How do I return a product?
You can return items in-store for free with a receipt. For online returns, use the Returns Tool with your order number and email. Postal returns aren’t free unless your item is faulty or damaged.
Can I change items in my shopping bag?
You can update items in your shopping bag on their website. Use the plus or minus buttons to change quantities, or the x button to remove items. Your bag will update automatically to show any changes.
