What delivery methods do you offer in the UK?
In the UK, we have a range of delivery options: Standard Delivery (£3.50), 48hr Tracked Delivery (£4.00), and an Express Tracked Delivery (£5.50). All orders over £50 will qualify for free DPD or Royal Mail Express Tracked Delivery.
How long does standard delivery usually take?
Standard delivery usually takes 3 to 5 working days from the date of your order, but delivery is likely to take longer to remote areas of the UK, such as the Scottish Highlands and Channel Islands.
When can I expect my express delivery to arrive?
Express delivery is expected to arrive the next working day if an order is placed before 12 noon. If an order is placed after 12 noon or on a Saturday/Sunday, then you can expect delivery on the second working day.
Are delivery times guaranteed?
All delivery times are an approximate guideline. Just be aware that there may be delays during busy periods or for other unforeseen reasons. Express delivery may require a signature upon arrival.
Is express delivery available to Ireland?
At this time, express delivery is not available for Ireland. Standard delivery is available for the Republic of Ireland and costs £16.99, with a standard delivery time of 3 to 5 working days.
What will I do if my order doesn't arrive on time?
If your order arrives outside the timescales listed, please allow seven days for delivery of standard dispatch orders and three days for delivery of express dispatched orders. You can then contact customer service for assistance.
Can I place a cancellation or return an order?
You can cancel your items or return your order within 14 days after delivery. Items must be returned unused in original packaging. Refunds are processed within 30 days of receiving your returned item(s).
How do I arrange a return?
If you wish to arrange a return please contact the customer service team either through the contact us page or by post. The customer will pay to send back items securely unless the item is faulty or has been sent to you in error.
What happens if I sent the wrong item or the item is damaged?
If you have received a damaged or defective item or an item which is incorrect contact customer service immediately and they will arrange a replacement or refund. The company will reimburse shipping costs for the return.
Are the import taxes included for deliveries to Ireland?
Any duty or import taxes are the responsibility of the customer for deliveries to the Republic of Ireland. These will not be charged in your delivery cost but will be due upon receipt of delivery.
