What is Click & Collect?
Click & Collect allows you to pick up your online order at a TGJones store. Orders typically arrive within 2 to 4 working days, and you will get an email when they are ready for pickup. Just show your confirmation email in-store to get your items.
When are Click & Collect orders delivered to stores?
Click & Collect orders are delivered to stores every Tuesday and Friday. If you place an order before 11pm on Sunday, it will arrive on Tuesday. Orders placed before 11pm on Wednesday will arrive on Friday. Bank holidays may delay this schedule slightly.
Can I change the store for my Click & Collect order?
Once you place a Click & Collect order, you cannot change the pickup store. Orders are automatically assigned to the store you selected during checkout. Make sure you choose the correct store before confirming your order.
How can I track my order?
If you have a TGJones account, you can track your order by logging in. If you don’t have an account, please contact the Customer Services Team for an update. You will receive tracking details by email once your order is dispatched.
What is the return and refund policy?
You can return items within 30 calendar days of delivery for a refund or exchange. Products must be unused, in their original packaging, and include proof of purchase. Refunds are processed within 24 hours of receiving the return and should appear in your account within 2 to 3 business days.

You can return items either in-store or by post. For in-store returns, you will need an order confirmation email or a printed receipt. If you are returning by post, include your order number, contact details, and the reason for the return. Return postage costs are your responsibility.
