How can I track my order?
You can easily track your order using the “Track My Order” page on the website. Just enter your order number in the format EU-00000 to see the latest updates. Tracking information is available once the order has been packed, shipped, and has a tracking number.
When does tracking information become available?
Tracking details are available only after the order has been fulfilled. Once the item is packed and shipped, updates will show automatically. No tracking updates will appear on the order page before dispatch.
Where does Allies of Skin ship to?
Shipping is available worldwide to certain countries, with some restrictions based on the destination. Expedited shipping times begin once the package leaves the warehouse. Weekends and public holidays do not count in the delivery timeframe.
From where are orders shipped?
Orders are shipped from regional fulfillment centers depending on the location. Shipments may come from Philadelphia, The Netherlands, Wigan, or Singapore. Each order is processed from the nearest warehouse to ensure faster delivery.
When will my order be shipped?
Orders are usually processed within 24 to 48 hours after being placed. Processing times do not include weekends and public holidays. APAC orders placed after 9 am SGT are handled the next working day.

Can an order be cancelled after placing it?
You can cancel your order within a two-hour window after placing it. This short time frame allows for quick processing and delivery. Once processing begins, you cannot make changes or cancellations.
How can a product be returned?
If you’re not completely satisfied, you can return products within 30 days of delivery. Customers are responsible for the return shipping costs. Refunds will be issued once the returned items are received in their original condition.
What steps should be followed for a return?
To start a return, fill out the Contact Form on the website to reach Customer Service. Follow the provided instructions for sending the product back. Returns outside the 30-day period will not be processed.
