Do you offer discounted prices for children?
No, all ticket and package prices are the same for adults and children. Everyone pays the same rate regardless of age. Pricing is based on the event and seat selection. This applies to all sports and hospitality packages.
Can I buy a general admission ticket without a hotel stay?
No, general admission tickets are only available when booked with at least one night’s hotel accommodation. This condition applies to all ticket-only requests. A package must include both the ticket and hotel stay. Separate ticket sales are not available.
Can I book a ticket and hotel package if only some attend the event?
Yes, it's possible to book a package for more people than those attending the event. For example, four people can share a hotel room while only two attend the game. Email sales@champions-travel.com to customise your request. Package flexibility is available based on your group’s needs.
Is it possible to pay for my package in instalments?
Yes, instalment options include Klarna or the Champions Travel Deposit Scheme. Klarna appears in the cart if available in your region. Irish customers can use the 50% deposit scheme, with the balance due eight weeks before the game. Your account and address must be set up first.
When will I receive my match or event tickets?
Tickets are generally sent by email between three and five days before the event. Delivery is done through E-Tickets, mobile tickets, or stadium collection. You will receive all instructions shortly before the event. Ticket type and delivery method depend on the event selected.
