What delivery options can I select from for UK orders?
Customers may select Standard Delivery or Next Working Delivery which requires an additional charge. Standard Delivery is £3.95 unless orders are over £75 which receives free shipping. In terms of delivery, Standard parcels will take 3-5 working days and places express orders received before 4pm, will take the next working day.
How long does Standard Delivery take?
Standard Delivery will usually take about 3-5 working days from the date of order. All parcels in the UK are delivered by Royal Mail and signed for at our consent.
If I choose Next Working Day Delivery, when will receive the order?
Should you want to purchase an item using Next Working Day Delivery then orders can be placed before 4pm Monday - Thursday for the same day dispatch. Orders should arrive within the next working day before 9pm. If order purchased after 4pm, the item will be dispatched the next working day.
After I have placed the order can I change the delivery address to a different delivery address?
If the address needs to be changed, changes must be requested within 3 hours for Standard Delivery and 2 hours for Next Day arrival. Once delivered it is not possible to change the address, you will be required to collect from your original address.
If I miss my deliveries, what happens next?
If no one is available to receive a delivery, will leave a calling card with instructions. Royal Mail will leave the item with a neighbour if the item is quite small or courier wll take the item with instructions. If parcel is missed it will be the customers responsiblility to contact the supplier to re-arrange delivery.
What should I do if my parcel is returned to sender?
If a parcel is returned to sender, the customer is required to place a new order, which will incur a redelivery charge, all to be covered by the customer, underlining the importance of accurate address information being supplied.
When does my responsibility for my parcel end?
Upon dispatch, the parcel becomes the customer's property. If a signature is obtained, the parcel is considered to be delivered and JOY's, and therefore the courier's, responsibility for that parcel has now ended.
How do I return an item?
Items can be returned via the Returns Portal by entering the order information, and email. You can select to refund the item, exchange the item or select Louche Credit, and follow the steps to re-package and return the item.
What is the cost of returning an item in the UK?
The cost of returning an item in the UK is £3.95, which will be deducted from the amount refunded or used for store credit. Refunds are usually processed within three weeks if you do not select instant in your return portal transaction.
Are there any excluded items from my returns policy?
For hygiene reasons certain products cannot be returned. This includes; pierced jewellery, underwear, swimwear and opened grooming or beauty products.
