How can I search for items on the website?
You can easily find items using the search bar at the top of every page. Just enter a product name, brand, keyword, or item code and click search to see the results.
Can I browse for items instead of searching?
Browsing is easy with the main menu at the top of the page. Hover over a department name to see the categories, then select any section to view related products.
How do I refine my product search?
After viewing a department or category, filters will appear to help you narrow down results by brand, price, or size. Once you refine your search, you can sort items by product name or price for convenience.
How can I add products to my basket?
When you find an item, select it for details or enter the quantity you want. Click the red ‘Add’ button to include it in your basket immediately.
What are the delivery options and costs?
Next-day delivery is available. Orders over £49, excluding VAT, qualify for free delivery. Orders below this amount incur a £5.95 charge, which is added at checkout.
Are there extra delivery charges for certain products?
Large or customized items, like furniture or safes, may need special couriers. Deliveries to remote areas, such as the Scottish Highlands, may also have extra fees shown at checkout.
How do I track my delivery once it’s dispatched?
After you finish your order, a confirmation email will give you tracking details. You can also log into My Account, select My Orders, and click Track for real-time updates.
What should I do if my order hasn’t arrived yet?
Check the My Orders section for tracking information. Review the delivery times in your confirmation email. Delays can happen during busy times or with special courier arrangements.
What is the returns policy for unwanted items?
Items can be returned within 14 days if they are unopened and in their original packaging. Refunds will be issued after inspection. However, food and drink products cannot be refunded.
Can I exchange a product instead of returning it?
Exchanges are not available. If you need a replacement, return the unwanted item for a refund and place a new order for the product you want.
