How can an order be tracked?
Online customers can track their order by logging into their account and selecting My Orders. For telephone purchases, the sales team can help with tracking if requested. Updates are provided until delivery is complete.
Can a gift message be added to a hamper?
Yes, you can include a personal message of up to 250 characters. The message appears on the back of a labeled A Gift Message For You card attached to the outer packaging.
How can the sender of a received hamper be identified?
If the sender included a message, it will be on the A Gift Message For You card attached to the parcel. This allows recipients to know who sent their gift.
Can an order be cancelled after purchase?
Customers have a 14-day cooling-off period after delivery to cancel. The goods must remain unopened and in good condition for collection. Refunds do not include delivery and surcharge fees.
What delivery options are available?
Delivery choices include standard 2–3 day, next-day, weekend, and named-day services. Standard and Christmas delivery are free, while other options may have extra fees depending on location.
When should next-day delivery orders be placed?
Orders received before 14:00 (GMT) Monday to Thursday qualify for next-day delivery. Orders placed on Friday before 14:00 arrive the following Monday, excluding bank holidays.
What should be done if a hamper arrives damaged or defective?
Damaged or incorrect hampers must be reported within 48 hours of receipt by phone or email. A replacement or full refund will be arranged quickly, with free collection provided.
Are refunds offered for all products?
Refunds apply to unused hampers, except for fresh food, personalized items, or custom hampers. For those items, replacements or store credits may be given depending on the situation.
What happens if a hamper is missing or delayed?
Claims for lost parcels must be made within 14 days of expected delivery between January and September, or by 17 January 2025 for Christmas deliveries. Delays may happen due to weather or incorrect addresses.
Can delivery be rearranged or reattempted?
If a recipient is unavailable, the carrier may try to redeliver or return the parcel. A re-delivery fee may apply in some cases, depending on location and delivery method
