Will I receive an order number after purchasing?
You will get a confirmation email automatically after you place an online order. This email includes your order number and a list of items you bought. Each purchase has its own unique order number for tracking. You can use these numbers to check the delivery status at any time.

When you order through TV, you need to call from a landline or a registered mobile number. New shoppers must register by calling the Customer Services Team at the number provided. What happens if I miss a product on TV?

Can BudgetPay be added after placing an order?

Orders are delivered by Royal Mail or courier services, depending on the product. Deliveries are available to the UK mainland, Northern Ireland, and the Republic of Ireland. If you purchase multiple items on the same day, they may be combined into one parcel when possible. Some deliveries might need a signature or identification upon arrival.
How long does delivery usually take?
Standard delivery to the UK mainland generally takes three to five working days. Other areas, including islands and Ireland, might need an extra two to three days.
