How do I create a Milanoo account?
Creating an account only takes a moment. Just enter your email address, set a password, and you’re ready to start shopping.
Can I shop without creating an account?
Yes. You can place an order by signing in through PayPal, Google, or Facebook. Just remember that some features may not work the same without a Milanoo account.
Why can’t I sign in to my account?
Check that your email and password are entered correctly, and make sure Caps Lock isn’t on. If it still doesn’t work, try clearing your browser cookies or using a different browser.
Can I change my order after placing it?
If an order hasn’t been paid for, you can cancel it and place a new one. Once payment is confirmed, you can’t make changes.
Can I cancel an order that has already been shipped?
No. Orders that have been shipped can’t be cancelled. If the order status shows “Being Processed,” you may contact customer service to request cancellation.
Where can I check my order details?
All your orders are stored in your account. Visit the order list to view details or filter orders by status.
How do I know when my order will arrive?
Your estimated delivery date includes the estimated shipping date and the shipping time. You can find this information in your confirmation email or in your order details.
What shipping methods are available?
Milanoo offers three options: Expedited, Standard, and Milanoo Delivery. Expedited is quicker, while Milanoo Delivery is usually the most affordable.
How long does a refund take?
Refunds are issued within 1 to 3 days after the amount is confirmed. The time it takes to reach you depends on your original payment method.
How does the Milanoo membership program work?
Membership levels increase as you collect points from your purchases. Higher levels offer better discounts, which are applied automatically at checkout.
