How quickly will my order be dispatched?
If you place your order before 12pm on a working day, they’ll send it out the same day. Orders placed after 12pm are dispatched the next working day.
How will I know when my order has shipped?
They’ll email you a shipping confirmation as soon as your order leaves the warehouse. The email will include tracking details so you can follow your delivery.
What delivery options are available?
Delivery options depend on the size and weight of your package. Small items are sent with Royal Mail, medium items with DHL Express, and large or heavy items with a specialist courier.
How long does delivery take?
Small items usually arrive within 2 working days of being sent. Medium items take 1 to 2 working days, and large items can take up to 2 working days from the dispatch date.
Are there extra charges for certain locations?
Some postcodes and non-mainland areas may have extra delivery charges. You’ll see the final shipping cost at checkout.
Why can’t I complete my order online for my location?
For some remote locations, they need to provide a custom shipping quote. If you can’t complete your order online, contact customer services and they’ll help arrange delivery.
What happens if an item is out of stock after ordering?
If something you ordered is out of stock, they’ll let you know right away and give you an estimated restock date. You can choose an alternative option or get a full refund.
Can large items arrive in multiple deliveries?
