What should I do if an item is out of stock?
If an ordered item is unavailable, we will issue a full refund using the original payment method. Stock levels may change unexpectedly, but refunds are processed immediately once confirmed.
Can unwanted items be returned for a refund?
Yes, you can return unwanted items within 14 days of delivery. The items must be unworn, unused, and in their original packaging to qualify for a full refund.
Are personalised products eligible for returns?
Personalised items can only be returned if there is a mistake in the personalisation or if the product is faulty. Refunds or exchanges are not offered for personalised products that are correctly made to order.
Can I return a printed football shirt?
Once a name or number has been printed, refunds or exchanges are not possible unless the shirt is faulty. This rule applies even if a player leaves the club or changes squad numbers.

Customers are responsible for all return and re-shipping charges for non-faulty items or exchanges. It’s recommended to use recorded delivery to ensure safe return of the parcel.

Can I request an exchange instead of a refund?
Yes, exchanges are available. However, the customer must cover the cost of returning the item and pay for delivery of the replacement before dispatch. Contact details should be included with the return.

What if my order has not arrived?
Please allow seven working days for UK deliveries and ten for international ones. If it still hasn’t arrived, email customerservices@3retro.com with your full name, address, and order number. Tracking updates are usually provided within five working days.
What happens if a delivery cannot be made?
Report undelivered orders within 30 days of purchase. Orders reported after this period cannot be refunded or replaced. Deliveries are not available to PO Boxes or certain international locations.
