Which products are covered by the Htvront warranty?
The warranty covers Htvront machines bought from official sources. Accessories and consumables have their own coverage periods. Some products, such as heat press mats, are not included. Be sure to keep your proof of purchase for any claims.
How long is the warranty period for machinery?
Machines are covered for one year from the purchase date. DTF print heads and mainboards have a six-month warranty. Other accessories are covered for three months. Consumables should be used within three months for best results.
