Can a refund be requested while the order is “Ready to ship”?
Once an order enters “Ready to ship” status, it is packed and cannot be cancelled or refunded. After receiving the item, one free return is usually available per order, except for special items.

Why are items missing from my order?
Some orders are split and shipped in multiple packages, especially if overweight. Check “Your Orders” for shipping details. If an item is missing and not in another package, request a refund through customer support.
What should I do if I receive a wrong or extra item?
Request a refund through your Temu account for any incorrect or extra items received. Confirm the order, list the missing or incorrect items, and select your refund method. Refunds are processed after the request is reviewed.
What happens if I confirm “Item received” by mistake?
Even if “Item received” is marked by accident, the courier will still deliver your package. You can track its status on the Order > Package Details page. Contact the courier if you need further delivery updates.
