What happens if a delivery attempt is missed?
The delivery provider will make up to two additional attempts. If unsuccessful, they will leave a message or contact the customer to arrange re-delivery. If not delivered within 12 days, parcels are returned to Zalora's warehouse.
How are refunds processed?
Refunds for paid orders are processed within one working day. The payment is reflected in the account according to the stated refund time frames.
How do I cancel my order?
To cancel an order, contact the Customer Service Team. Order cancellation is temporarily disabled. Once packed, orders cannot be cancelled. Cash on delivery orders can be refused upon delivery.
When will my order be confirmed?
After checkout, customers receive an order number. The order is confirmed after security and finance checks are complete. An order confirmation email with all details is then sent.
How do I remove a saved card?
Log in to the Zalora account and navigate to "My Account.". Go to "My Store Credit" and remove the card by clicking the trash can icon.
Can voucher codes be combined with other promotions?
