Can items be exchanged after purchase?
Exchanges are not available at the moment, but a new order can be placed while returning the original. Most items are eligible for returns within 90 days, except for worn, damaged, or non-returnable items. Free gifts may also be excluded.
Why might the refund amount differ from the original purchase price?
The refund amount may be lower due to deductions for sales taxes, shipping fees, used coupons, or credits. If it's not the first return for the order, an RM8.5 shipping fee will also be deducted.
What should be done if an order is taking longer to process?
Processing times can vary depending on the items in the order. Check the product pages for estimated delivery times or cancel slower-processing items for a refund to expedite shipping. RM10 credit is issued for late standard shipping orders.
How can the shipping status of an order be tracked?
Track the latest shipping status by visiting "Your orders" on the Temu app or website and clicking "Track" next to the order. This shows the shipping carrier, tracking number, and estimated delivery time.
