No, Klook credits are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash.

What happens if tickets are not available for my chosen date?
If you are booking for a date several months in advance, tickets might not be released yet. Please check again as your activity date gets closer. Tickets may also be unavailable because of high demand or being sold out.
How will I know if my booking is cancelled?
You will get a cancellation email confirming that your booking is cancelled. Your payment will be refunded to the payment method you used to make the booking. Depending on the method, refunds usually take 3 to 14 days to appear in your account.
How can I purchase Klook Upgrades?
You can purchase Klook Upgrades while booking an activity. On the “Enter your information” screen, scroll down to the “Upgrades” section and tick the boxes for the upgrade you’d like to add.
Are Klook Upgrades available for all activities?
Not all activities support upgrades right now. Klook Upgrades are only offered for selected activities and in certain regions. If you don’t see an upgrade option while booking, it may not be available for that activity yet.
